Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a great choice for my stay. The room, though basic, served its purpose well for sunbathing and relaxing. The service was a mix of great, polite, and professional along with some really friendly staff. The location was quiet and tucked away, offering easy access to all amenities. The dining options were abundant but a bit overwhelming for my taste. Overall, a decent value for the money.
The hotel is nicely located close to the tram station and provides very comfortable beds made up daily. However, the rooms are small and could be cleaner, lacking balconies. The service was excellent, especially from Laura, Cosmin, and Noe who ensured we had a fantastic stay. The location is not the best for the modern part of Benidorm but is quiet and tucked away, close to amenities and the beach. The dining options, while adequate, offered a mix of foods. Overall, a good value for money stay offering a cozy experience in a convenient location.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and made up daily, and the staff were incredibly helpful. However, the wet-room bathrooms were a bit of a nightmare as water got everywhere. The rooms were spotless but felt a little cramped at times, although the spacious balcony was a bonus.
The hotel is in a good location, quiet and tucked away but not too far from amenities. The rooms are spacious and wheelchair friendly, but the wet-room bathrooms made it challenging to keep towels dry. Unfortunately, the requested double room was not provided, and noise from a cleaners door was disruptive early in the morning.
